SettleEase is a mobile application. The App itself does not use browser cookies. This landing website uses only essential cookies required for its operation. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

Important: The SettleEase mobile application does not use cookies. The App stores data in your device's local storage and in our Supabase database — not in browser cookies. This Cookie Policy applies only to this website (settlerepo-landing.vercel.app and any associated SettleEase web domains).

3. Cookies used in the mobile App
The SettleEase mobile App does not use cookies. The following local storage mechanisms are used instead:
- →Supabase authentication session tokens — stored in Flutter's secure storage to keep you logged in between app launches
- →User preferences — stored in Flutter's local storage (SharedPreferences / Hive) for settings like display currency and theme
- →Cached data — temporary local caches of your expenses and settings to improve loading speed
These are stored solely on your device and are not browser cookies. They are not shared with third parties. You can clear them by logging out of the App or clearing the App's data in your device's app settings.
4. Third-party services
Pages on this website may include assets or integrations that could set their own cookies, such as fonts hosted by third parties. We aim to self-host all assets where possible to avoid this.
The mobile App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, Supabase, Google Play, Google Sign-In, and Google Gemini. These services operate their own data storage and session management, described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices
Because this website uses only essential cookies, there is no cookie consent banner. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and introduce the appropriate consent mechanism.
You can block or delete cookies at any time using your browser's settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.
