Billing and subscriptions
- SettleEase Pro on Android is managed through Google Play Billing.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app when you are signed into the same Google account that owns the subscription.
- Manage renewals and cancellations from Google Play subscriptions.
Permissions and optional features
- Contacts permission is only needed for contact-based friend discovery.
- Microphone permission is only needed for voice expense logging.
- Notification permission is only needed for reminders, updates, and support notifications.
- Receipt scans, receipt attachments, and payment-proof uploads are optional features you trigger yourself.
Data export and deletion
- Use the in-app Data & Security or Privacy & Security screens to export your data.
- Use the in-app deletion flow to request account deletion.
- Deletion may be blocked until unsettled balances are resolved.
AI and OCR limitations
- Receipt OCR and TaxBot outputs can be inaccurate.
- Always review extracted values before relying on them.
